I brought my mother-in-law (Teresa K) car to Tire Choice to have all four tires replaced. The tires were installed in one day, so initially everything seemed fine. The very next day, she discovered that the engine oil filler cap had been removed during the service and left sitting on the windshield. Because the cap was never reinstalled, engine oil sprayed all over the engine compartment while she was driving. This is not a minor mistake—it is a serious act of negligence that could have resulted in catastrophic engine damage or even engine failure. Thankfully, she noticed the problem quickly and called me immediately. I had to purchase new oil and perform an emergency oil change myself to minimize the risk of damage. Fortunately, the engine appears to have survived, but that was due to luck—not because Tire Choice caught their mistake. On Monday, we returned to the store to report what happened. The manager, Mark, seemed shocked that one of his technicians would remove the oil cap during a tire installation. His solution was to offer a $50 store credit toward a future repair. I had my brakes repaired here and had a great experience. The mechanic was professional, honest, and completed the work quickly. My car is braking smoothly now, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair.

Overall great experience. I worked with the store manager to order tires under their price match policy. The tires arrived earlier than I expected and were installed the day they arrived. I have a Mercedes AMG SUV that requires larger that average tires (22 inch wheels) and the technician too great care to ensure no damage was done to the rims during the mounting process. I highly recommend visiting Tire Choice when you need new tires.

Had an absolutely awesome experience here on Tuesday!! My car had been sitting for a while due to some medical stuff and i was recently able to start driving it again, but it really needed some TLC. I came here to get 4 new tires, an alignment, and oil change. Marc was EXTREMELY helpful with helping me pick out and sort everything out, even going to the extent to order the tyres from another location, get them delivered by 3pm, and got my car ready for me before they closed so that way I didn't have to Uber around town the next day to work then back over to them, also saving me some money there. Marc helped me apply a coupon from their website to help out a bit more and for 4 new tyres w/the mount and balance of them, the alignment, and the oil change, they had the car done within 2.5 hours from when they started it (one of the fastest jobs I've had done in a while), and the price wasn't something absolutely, outrageously expensive when you think of the current economy and inflation with the amount of stuff they got done for me. This was my first time going to this location, and more than likely, this is going to be my shop going forward, I'll even be going back next week to get

Update: my wife called them and they did not seem to care. Took my wife’s jeep in due to a slow leak. They found a nail in the tire and patched it. It was completely flat the next day. The manager, Marc, suggested I ran over another nail on the way home even though I drove less than two miles and on the main road. AAA came to change out the tire today, they found no new nail in it. Thankful we weren’t driving it on I-95 when it went flat again due to Tire Choice’s bad patch job. Should have known better, the last time they did an oil change my car, they left the cap off causing a huge oil stain on my driveway that won’t come up even with a power wash. At least they admitted their mistake with that one. Cannot recommend them.
